WHAT KIND OF HAIR DOES B. ALISE OFFER?
To accomplish a full sew-in you’ll roughly need 10-12 ounces of hair. So with B. Alise tresses being about 3.3 ounces per bundle, we recommend 3 bundles of 14”-18” hair lengths; and 4 bundles of 20”-26” hair lengths. Keep in mind; the longer the hair, the shorter the weft.
IS THE HAIR CO WASHED?
Yes. Every bundle arrives freshly co washed and ready to install.
CAN THE HAIR BE BLEACHED OR COLORED?
Yes. Raw hair can be professionally colored. After the hair is colored, it requires consistent moisture and conditioning to help maintain its softness, strength, and overall quality.
WILL THE TEXTURE RETURN AFTER HEAT STYLING?
Yes. Raw textures will return to their natural pattern when heat protectant is used and the hair is not overheated.
HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
With proper care, our raw bundles can be reused multiple times. Longevity varies based on styling, maintenance, and care routine.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY EXTENSIONS?
Detangle before washing using a wide tooth comb or detangling brush. For wavy or curly textures, refresh curls with water or leave in conditioner instead of brushing the hair dry.
HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED FOR A FULL INSTALL?
You will need about 10 to 12 ounces of hair for a full sew in. B. Alise bundles average 3 ounces each so we recommend 3 bundles for lengths 14 to 18 inches and 4 bundles for lengths 20 to 26 inches. Longer lengths have shorter wefts.
DO CLOSURES AND FRONTALS COME BLEACHED?
Yes. All closures and frontals are lightly bleached and pre washed for a clean, natural appearance.

Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM CST begin processing the next business day.

Delivery can take up to 5 business days based on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
DO YOU SHIP ON WEEKENDS?
No. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP IN DALLAS?
Yes. Local pickup is available at our Richardson suite during business hours. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes. Tracking is sent via email once your order ships.
