All B. Alise Hair Extensions orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas through trusted couriers. 

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM CST begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time
After processing, delivery can take up to 5 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Business Days
We ship Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Sales and High Volume
During major sales, processing may take up to 7 business days due to order volume. We work quickly to get your hair shipped fast, secure, and discreet.

Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email. After the package is scanned by the carrier and a tracking number is active, responsibility for the shipment moves to the mail carrier. We encourage you to keep an eye on the tracking updates to help ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
